Dr Sharma is incredible and I recommend seeing him particularly if you have anxiety or other barriers to dental care. As a survivor of abuse living with complex PTSD I could not ever imagine allowing a dentist (or any other care professional) near enough to touch me – I had not ever seen a dentist as an adult because of this and my teeth are in bad shape. But after seeing Dr Sharma’s amazing work with Syrian refugees reported in the paper I saw his kind and non-judgmental nature and knew if anyone had a chance at offering me dental care it would be him. I wasn’t wrong – I was treated with respect and dignity, and with consideration of my trauma. I can’t believe I’ve actually seen a dentist! If you need dental care but are too afraid to seek help please do go to West Earlham to see Dr Sharma – he might just change your life

I have just joined this practise as I am one of these people who only go to the dentist when they have to. I am a very nervous and on edge when I actually manage to get myself in the chair. But this dentist is really good at what he does. He always made me feel in control and only carried on when I was good n ready. He did everything he could to stop me from being anxious and even gave me a stress ball to squeeze. I recommend this dentist to anyone who like me is anxious and nervous about going.

I am so grateful to Dr Sharma and his team for helping me to get my smile back after a a stupid, clumsy accident! They were all so kind and compassionate, and super friendly, and I felt completely confident that I was getting the best possible care. From the day I had my accident right through to today and the end product, the care I received has been amazing. I can’t praise them enough.

I want to highly recommend West Earlham dental practice, not only they have helped me quickly and efficiently with my pain I had on my molar but the doctor is very kind, professional and helpful. I do urge anyone who has any toothache or problem to go and see him. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend West Earlham Dental Health Practice Dr G Sharma. Both of my girls were scared of dentists so someone recommend this dental practice and I’ve got to say after going there today the staff was friendly, chatty and made us welcome. Dr G Sharma was great with my girls he made them feel comfortable and not scared he told them step by step what he was going to do, I was shocked as my youngest wouldn’t sit in the dental chairs but here she sat in the chair so I have definitely found a good dentist.

Can’t fault the service at all from the reception staff, calling in for an appointment (twice in the same week) to the follow though of treatment. The Dentist was very patient and gentle and explained everything to me, nurse was great as I was a blubbing mess lol. Would highly recommend this Practice.

I have always found either dentist to be kind and understanding and very gentle. If you have an emergency you can always be fitted in. The receptionists are very helpful and I found the dentist to go that extra mile to sort out any issues on referrals. Would recommend 100%.

Having been with this practice for quite a few years, I think that the present team are offering a first-class service. Helpful and welcoming receptionists, efficient nurses, and dentists who are interested in all aspects of good dental care. To work on my teeth must be like walking on eggshells, yet my dentist manages to be optimistic and realistic at the same time when outlining treatment possibilities.

I have visited this dental practice ever since I was a 6-year-old child (now 23) and overall the experience has been good. My current dentist is relatively new, and I am very impressed with their knowledge, attitude and mannerism regarding treatment and advice. The dentist is very friendly, puts you at ease and is very gentle. They understand your fears and accommodates these and offers good explanations regarding the health of your teeth and gums. I could not fault my previous dentist either. They were thorough with their treatment and offered good advice. I was apprehensive when they left as to who I would be seen by next, but I am relieved to say that I am very happy and satisfied with the addition of my present dentist. The receptionist who I saw today on my visit was pleasant and helpful.

Having just moved to the area and needing a dentist, I asked about going on their list and they rang me back with a check-up date, within a couple of days. The member of staff said that if I was in any pain before that, to pop in and they would see if they could find an available slot for me, as I’d not seen a dentist for a couple of years. I wasn’t in pain, but sure enough, after it was mentioned, a filling fell out and I was in a lot of pain. I popped in to see the staff to get an appointment and the dentist said that they could see me right then. I told the dentist I had a fear of dentists and they couldn’t have been nicer or more reassuring. The dentist sorted out the troublesome filling for me, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. The dentist was calming and made the whole experience quite pleasant – for a dental treatment. Since then I have had another old filling fall out and I have no hesitation in making an appointment this time. The staff are friendly, professional and very reassuring. The rooms are spotlessly clean and pleasant. Nothing like the old-school dentist who gave me nightmares.

I have been with this dental practice for more than a decade and have seen several changes. This dental practice has always been excellent and way above average. Really taking an interest in the person. When I had to see them shortly after my father’s passing and I had to explain why he couldn’t make his next appointment – bursting into tears – they were amazing! Similarly, I recently had a tooth breaking, they gave me immediate help, explained what could happen – which did. I had to go back today because the last bit of tooth was in danger of breaking off, the dentist managed to extract it very carefully with not much pain (amazingly considering the problems they were having which were really my fault). Really, really happy with this dentist. The previous dentists were fabulous, but the new dentists who have taken over are definitely worthy to be their successors!

The dentist was also very nice, polite, kind and spoke to each of us individually without making us feel ashamed about the state of our teeth. I am happy that I have found a place that works for me but more importantly will work for my kids going forward to help them protect their teeth.

First visit to the practice a few weeks ago. I was nervous about going to see a new dentist but I was recommended the place by a friend of mine who has been going there for years. It was nice to go to a place where you are made to feel welcome. Reception staff were polite and friendly. The dentist was very relaxed and calm. The dentist listened to what I said and addressed my concerns directly and honestly. Will definitely be going back, will even register my family with them if they have space. Glad to have finally found a caring NHS dental practice. Thank you very much guys, keep up the great work :)

After reading good reviews about the practice I decided to make an appointment for me and my two children. Being slightly nervous I was anxious about the dentist and hoped that my kids would feel happy here. I must say that the friendly staff at reception really helped to calm my fears and it was nice to see them talk with my kids and make them laugh.

I have been visiting this Dental Practice for many years, all I can say is that it is getting better every year. The surgery is spotless, very modern, the staff are all fantastic, but the real star is Dr Sharma, I have never met such a charming, polite, professional, very down to earth and friendly person as himself, nothing is too much trouble and he gives 100% + to all of his patients, each and every visit, it is a pleasure to go there, no-one need fear this Dental Practice. I have been to this dentist for many years and highly recommend Dr Sharma and his team. I went to see Emma today for the new Airflow treatment and I have to admit that I was not looking forward to it. However, take it from someone that was absolutely hating the thought of having my teeth cleaned the whole procedure was painfree and I came away happy enough to book again.

I recently visited Emma the hygienist. I have to say prior to my visit I was l little skeptical about the cost, but.... it was the best value for money, Emma was brilliant. She was thorough, very gentle and kept me informed as to what she was doing. When she had finished she showed me my teeth, a fantastic job they looked younger!
